There's been a lot of talk online about the danger of Greenies dog chew treats. Apparently, there have been a rash of chokings and intestinal obstructions due to the fact that Greenies do not dissolve or break down quickly. Here are links to some warnings about Greenies:

Answer: The time it takes for dogs to chew Greenies varies with each dog. As with any edible product, monitor your dog to ensure the treat is adequately chewed. Gulping any item can be harmful even fatal.
